When some customers place an order for the same auction, the customer who placed an order at the highest price becomes an auction winner.

<Example>

(1) "Customer A" placed an order for 1,000yen.

(2) "Customer B" placed an order for 2,000yen.

(3) When an auction is ended for 1,000yen.

(4) An order of "Customer A" is canceled and "Customer B" becomes an auction winner.
(Order cancellation is told to "Customer A" after an auction is ended.)

"Shipping cost from seller to OTAKU-YA!" of "OTAKU-YA!" is set up more highly than actual shipping cost.
However, "Commission" of "OTAKU-YA!" is set up at a low price.
(Other deputy service site has set up "Commission" highly.)

When one auction is won from one seller, the total which you pay is almost the same in "OTAKU-YA!" and other deputy service site.
However, when some auctions are won from one seller, the "OTAKU-YA!" of the total which you pay is very cheaper than other deputy service site.

"Shipping cost from seller to OTAKU-YA!" of "OTAKU-YA!" is set up more highly than actual shipping cost for the purpose which makes cheap the total which you pay.

After "OTAKU-YA!" sends payment to seller, goods reaches the office of "OTAKU-YA!" in about 2-10days.
"OTAKU-YA!" to your address ...

E.M.S - about 3-10days
Air Mail - about 1-3weeks
SAL - about 3-8weeks
Surface - about 2-4months

The arriving days are general days.
Arriving becomes still later when inspected in a customhouse.
