told you.)

When you place an order, "OTAKU-YA!" understands that you have
agreed on agreement, fees and rate.
-Notes when placing an order for some auctions of the same seller-
*Shipment is combinable to the auction ended within 5 days after the auction
ended first.
(When the first auction is ended on January 1, shipment can be combined
to the auction ended on January 6.)
*When combining shipment, before the first auction is ended, please place
an order of all auctions.
(Shipment cannot be combined, when an order is placed for the same seller's
auction by addition after the first auction ended.)
<Example>
Auction (a) - ends on January 1
Auction (b) - ends on January 6
*When an order is placed for (a) and (b) before (a) ended, shipment with
(a) and (b) can be combined.
*When an order is placed for (b) after (a) ended, shipment with (a) and (b) cannot be combined.

"OTAKU-YA!" send e-mail to you, in order that you may check the
information sent to "OTAKU-YA!"

When information has mistaken, please send e-mail to "OTAKU-YA!"

"OTAKU-YA!" bid for an auction immediately.

Auction end.

When "OTAKU-YA!" loses an auction
"OTAKU-YA!" do not send e-mail to you.
A commission is not needed.
When "OTAKU-YA!" win an auction
"OTAKU-YA!" waits for the connection from seller.
After "OTAKU-YA!" receives connection from seller, e-mail including
the information on "Auction closing price", "Commission", "Bank fee", and
"Shipping cost from seller to OTAKU-YA!" is sent to you.
(This e-mail is sent about 7 days after the auction ends.)

Please pay within 36 hours after "OTAKU-YA!" sends e-mail of (7).

After receiving payment from you, "OTAKU-YA!" sends payment to
seller immediately.
(Before receiving payment from you, "OTAKU-YA!" may send payment
to seller.)

"OTAKU-YA!" receives goods from seller.
(After "OTAKU-YA!" sends payment to seller, goods reaches the
office of "OTAKU-YA!" in about 2-10 days.)

E-mail including the information on "Shipping cost from OTAKU-YA! to you" is sent to you.
(When you place an order for some auctions, after goods of all auctions
reaches "OTAKU-YA!", e-mail including the information on "Shipping cost from OTAKU-YA! to you" is sent to you.
When you send some goods to you before goods of all auctions reaches "OTAKU-YA!",
please ask "OTAKU-YA!" about "Shipping cost from OTAKU-YA! to you".)

Goods is sent within 7 days after receiving "Shipping cost from OTAKU-YA! to you".
("OTAKU-YA!" go to the post office once a week.)
